Randy Fowler is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as General Manager at Metz Culinary Management since August 2018. Previously, Randy held various positions at Sodexo, including General Manager and Executive Chef across multiple locations, notably the UD Mercy campus and the Eglin Air Force Base. Additional experience includes managing food service operations at Sodexo Government Service from December 2010 to March 2013 and earlier roles at Sodexo between 2005 and 2010 as Executive Chef, as well as managerial positions at Red Robin and Host Marriott. Randy began a career in food service as a Food Service Specialist in the US Army from January 1991 to August 1999. Education was obtained from The Culinary Institute of America, earning an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. Additionally, Randy is a member of the Cross Market Diversity Council (Mid West) since its inception.
