Natalie Gonzales is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Metz Culinary Management since September 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie held positions at Cutwater Spirits, including Production Technician 2 and Chef De Cuisine, from April 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, Natalie worked as a Pastry Cook at Davanti Enoteca from 2015 to April 2017. Natalie graduated with a degree in Baking and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena in 2003.
