Joseph Lanza is an experienced operations manager and executive chef with extensive expertise in the culinary field. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Metz Culinary Management since December 2019, Joseph previously held the title of Executive Chef within the same company from January 2017 to September 2019, and at Morrison from May 2010 to January 2017. With a focus on patient satisfaction, food cost management, and staff training, Joseph has successfully managed teams of over 40 employees, increased sales in cafes and catering, developed menus, and opened new accounts. Earlier roles include Sous Chef, Chef at Silver Spoon Catering, and Cook II at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, where Joseph contributed to achieving high culinary standards and guest satisfaction.
