Dan Callan has extensive experience in culinary and dining services management, currently serving as the General Manager of Dining Services at Metz Culinary Management since February 2014. Prior to this role, Dan Callan worked at Sodexo from January 2007 to February 2014 as the Director of Operations in the Campus Service Division. Dan Callan's career in the restaurant industry includes a position as General Manager at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from July 2005 to January 2007. Dan Callan earned a degree from Penn State University between 2000 and 2005.
