Charlotte Steenlant is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in finance and controlling across various industries. Since January 2016, Charlotte has served as the Head of Finance & Controlling at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. Previously, Charlotte held positions as Corporate Controller at Autoneum and Head of Accounting and Controlling at Federal-Mogul Corporation, where responsibilities included managing teams, statutory reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. Earlier career roles included Finance Manager Export at A. Schulman International Services and Corporate Finance Analyst, focusing on financial reporting, investment analyses, and restructuring projects. The career began as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
