Tolga Serin is an accomplished analytics leader with extensive experience in data science, analytics delivery, and strategy. Currently serving as Head of Analytics at Mettle and NatWest Boxed since March 2024, Tolga previously held the position of Head of Operations Analytics at Lendable from June 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Data & Analytics Consulting at Accenture, where Tolga specialized in data architecture, engineering, and analytical insight generation. An industry-based dissertation at the University of Bristol culminated in the development of financial engineering software for stock market price analysis using neural networks. Tolga also has a background in academia, having served as a Teaching Assistant at Koç University and as a Research Assistant at the same institution. Tolga holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as Sociology, from Koç University.
