Joni Kauppinen is an experienced professional in the fields of digital customer experience and IT product management. Currently serving as the Head of Value Stream for Digital Customer Experience at Metso Outotec since September 2020, Joni previously held positions at Outotec, including IT Product Manager and Application Service Manager for CRM and Sales Tools. Joni's expertise encompasses managing sales tools and CRM systems, as well as overseeing dewatering sales tools. Early career experiences include roles as a Production Coordinator and Post Processor at Paroc, and a Green Builder at ViherEtappi. Joni holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from LUT University.
