Tarja Tuovinen has extensive experience in customer service and park management, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at ²Ñ±ð³Ù²õä³ó²¹±ô±ô¾±³Ù³Ü²õ since January 2016. Prior to this role, Tuovinen was a Park Superintendent with ²Ñ±ð³Ù²õä³ó²¹±ô±ô¾±³Ù³Ü²õ - Parks and Wildlife Finland from August 2017 to January 2023, focusing on recreational services and customer service in Northern Lapland's national parks and wilderness areas, while collaborating with the travel industry. Earlier, as a Senior Advisor at ²Ñ±ð³Ù²õä³ó²¹±ô±ô¾±³Ù³Ü²õ, Luontopalvelut from January 2006 to January 2023, Tuovinen specialized in communications, planning, and the development of recreational services in the Inari-Utsjoki area, particularly in Urho Kekkonen National Park. Tuovinen holds a degree from the University of Oulu, earned between 1989 and 1997.
