Kishore Shouche serves as the Vice President of India Operations at Cosmo Films Limited since April 2022, overseeing operations across multiple sites, projects, and research and development for various film products. Prior to this role, Kishore held the position of Vice President and Team Leader for R&D at Birla Paints, where responsibilities included establishing R&D capabilities for a new decorative paints initiative. Experience also includes serving as Vice President at Grasim Industries Limited - Birla Cellulose, managing the establishment of a 20,000 TPA Lyocell production line, and leading the Fibre Research Centre. Earlier in the career, Kishore worked as Deputy General Manager at Grasim Industries, focusing on process and product development for man-made cellulosic fibers. Kishore holds an M.S. in Industrial Production & Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Post Graduate Program in Management from The Strategy Academy, and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Vikram University.
