Megan Cala Pane's work experience includes their most recent role as a Research Scientist at Metrum Research Group, which they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Critical Path Institute (C-Path) as a Quantitative Scientific Director, RDCA-DAP from February 2022 to August 2022, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow, Pharmacometrics from August 2020 to March 2022. Before joining C-Path, they worked as a Consultant at Fourth River Solutions from January 2019 to August 2020. Megan also has experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2014 to August 2020, where they also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant from August 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, they had an internship as a PK/PD Modeling Intern at Janssen Inc. from May 2017 to August 2017.

Megan Cala Pane completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Seton Hill University between 2011 and 2014. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy, specializing in Chemical Engineering, at the University of Pittsburgh from 2014 to 2020.
