Carlos Morales, PE, is an experienced engineer currently working at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since August 2017, with prior roles including Associate Environmental Specialist. Carlos has a solid background in engineering, having served as an Assistant Engineer II at HR Green, Inc. and as an Environmental Project Engineer at AEI-CASC Engineering, Inc. Notably, experience includes managing project compliance and Caltrans documentation during an internship at the City of Colton Public Works. Carlos began their professional journey as a Student Manager for Starbucks on campus while studying Civil Engineering at the University of California, Davis, where Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. Additional experience includes tutoring at Redlands Unified School District and contributing to research at the UC Davis Pavement Research Center.
