Bruce Chalmers is a seasoned professional with over 39 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. Current roles include serving as Program Manager for Pure Water Southern California at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since July 2022. Previously, Chalmers held the position of Program Manager for the Regional Recycled Water program at the same agency from July 2019 to July 2022, overseeing a significant recycled water initiative in collaboration with the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager and Vice President at CDM Smith from April 1987 to June 2019. Chalmers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from UCLA and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
