Michele Hagans is president of Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation, Incorporated, and Fort Lincoln Realty Company, Incorporated.
Ms. Hagans is an adept entrepreneur, individual developer, and certified property manager with extensive expertise in the commercial development field. Through strategic solid partnership alliance building, she has supported the needs of D.C. residents throughout the city. She has restructured and developed several companies, focusing on various real estate and business complexities. Ms. Hagans has also served as the president of Hagans Development Company, Inc.
In addition, Ms. Hagans served as General Manager of the Public Parking Facilities at Washington National Airport, which comprised over 5,000 spaces and generated an annual income of over SIO million.
Ms. Hagans is an ordained Episcopal priest and dedicated community servant serving on the board of directors of HEROES, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Compass Rose Society. She recently completed her term as president of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and is a member of several organizations, including The Economic Club and the International Women's Forum of Washington.
A Ward 4 resident, Ms. Hagans received a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Engineering, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Howard University. She also received a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.
Ms. Hagans is Co-Chair of the Business Administration Committee. She also serves on the Human Resources, Environment, Social and Governance and Strategic Development Committees.
