Annika Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee development and education. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Development Specialist at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since June 2022, Annika also holds the position of Executive Director at The Global Citizen Collective since September 2019. Prior experience includes various roles at Adtalem Global Education from January 2011 to May 2022, focusing on student enterprise development and training initiatives, and academic support at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from June 2007 to November 2010. Annika's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in aeronautics, project management, and management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a bachelor's degree from The University of Memphis, and a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
