Aanchal Hingorani is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analyst II at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since August 2024. Previously, Aanchal held the role of Senior Strategy and Operations Manager at Pangea Talent Solutions, where responsibilities included leading recruitment teams, optimizing sales processes, and implementing data-driven performance improvements. As the Head of People Operations at PeopleLift, Aanchal contributed to executive-level decision-making, managed marketing projects using Agile methodologies, and directed recruitment campaigns. Additional experience includes positions as a Marketing Manager at Hooked, Inc., where Aanchal implemented innovative advertising strategies, and earlier roles in Delta Sigma Pi, including Vice President of Pledge Education and Vice President of Scholarships and Awards. Aanchal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Sociology from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
