Suzanne Horsley MRICS is an experienced professional in the housing sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Services at Wandle since March 2022. In addition, Suzanne holds the position of Independent Committee Member at Estuary Housing Association since September 2021. Previously, Suzanne occupied various roles at Southern Housing Group from February 2016 to March 2022, including Director of Building Safety, Property Maintenance and Investment Director, and Home and Property Services Director. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director - Housing Operations at One Housing Group from March 2010 to January 2016, and Housing Operations Manager at Harrow Council from September 2008 to March 2010. Suzanne holds a BA Hons in Accounting & Financial Analysis from Newcastle University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
