Jon Foster is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operational Risk & Development and Head of Community Health at Metropolitan Thames Valley since September 2019. Previously, Jon held various roles, including Faculty member at Year Here, Strategy and Delivery Manager for the Grenfell Response at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Head of Community Development at Origin Housing. Early career positions included a Consultant at FutureGov and internships at Thames Valley Housing Association and FutureGov. Jon attained a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Management from Cass Business School and is currently pursuing an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Mentoring at the University of the West of England, expected to complete in March 2025.
