Rafe Karen is currently a Doctoral Extern at Metropolitan State University of Denver, providing counseling services to students and facilitating outreach programs. Rafe is also a Doctoral Student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Denver, having transitioned from a career in filmmaking and photography, where extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Video Producer at Overtime and Director of Photography for PBS programs. Prior to current roles, Rafe gained clinical experience through externships at UCHealth and Stanley British Primary School, as well as work as a Student Therapist at the Salvation Army Harbor Light Center. Rafe holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Skidmore College and a Bachelor's Degree in Film and History from the University of Westminster.
