Larry Sampler currently serves as the Vice President for Administration at Metropolitan State University of Denver, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Sampler was the President of One Earth Future Foundation from October 2016 to April 2019. Sampler's experience at USAID includes serving as the Assistant to the Administrator for Afghanistan & Pakistan Affairs from June 2013 to October 2016 and as Senior Deputy Assistant to the Administrator in June 2013. Additionally, Sampler worked as Vice President & Director at Creative Associates International from 2009 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied Physics and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
