Cindy Sofarelli currently serves as the Vice President of Advancement and Community Engagement at Metropolitan Ministries, a position held since September 2015, following roles as Senior Director of Development, Director of Donor Relations, and Associate Director of Donor Relations. Prior experience includes 15 years at Tampa Metro YMCA, where positions ranged from Senior Group Vice President to Executive Director. Earlier career roles were held at YMCA of Metro Atlanta, Birmingham YMCA, and The Family YMCA, starting as an Intern/Building Supervisor. Cindy Sofarelli earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Services with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
