Isabel Courtelis is a Senior Associate at Metropolitan Group. Isabel has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Legal Studies Department and as a Volunteer Coordinator at ASUO Women's Center. Isabel has helped develop a field observation-based research project investigating the role of the university in youth organizing. This position has included extensive background research as well as significant efforts towards the development of the Legal Studies department's Social Justice Academic Residential Community — a program for first-year students that combines academic, social, and social justice activities. As Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator, they organized volunteers for the organization's events and front desk services, collaborated with other student organizations to plan volunteer projects and events, managed a database of volunteers, and presented to other organizations about the Women's Center and related topics. Isabel also founded and facilitated the Intersectional Feminist Alliance, which is the only feminist club at the university.
Isabel Courtelis has a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from University of Oregon and went to Wilbur Cross High School.
