Tina Hafner is currently the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City. Tina has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, with a specialty in benefits.

Tina started their career in Human Resources at Beauty Brands in March 2007, where they worked for over 11 years as a Senior Benefits Specialist. In January 2019, they left Beauty Brands to join Jakobe Furniture as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. Tina was with Jakobe Furniture for 14 months before taking their current position at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City.

Tina Hafner has a degree in public administration with a minor in business administration and an emphasis on social work from Central Methodist College.

Tina Hafner reports to Rosemary Martin, Chief Human Resources Officer. They are on a team with Taffy Beachner - Human Resources Specialist, Brenda Thomas - Human Resources Coordinator, and Dominque Mitchell - Human Resources Coordinator.
