About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior LAMP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining web applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and WordPress. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and a deep understanding of complex systems and architectures.

Required Skills & Experience
We are seeking an experienced Senior LAMP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining web applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and WordPress. The role requires leadership, collaboration, and a deep understanding of complex systems and architectures.
Responsibilities
- Ìý Ìý Lead the development of dynamic and scalable web applications using LAMP technologies .
- Ìý Ìý Customize and develop plugins, themes, and APIs in WordPress.
- Ìý Ìý Design and implement database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
- Ìý Ìý Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Ìý Ìý Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
- Ìý Ìý Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive designs.
- Ìý Ìý Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ìý Ìý Ensure cross-platform compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Ìý Ìý Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Ìý Ìý Work with project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ìý Ìý Mentor junior developers and assist with skill development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ìý Ìý 7-8 years of hands-on experience with the LAMP stack .
- Ìý Ìý 3+ years of experience working with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Ìý ÌýÌýKnowledge of PHP and its frameworks
- Ìý Ìý Proficiency inÌý MySQL, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Ìý Ìý Experience with noSql databases like mongodb
- Ìý Ìý Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
- Ìý Ìý Solid experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
- Ìý Ìý Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ìý Ìý Familiarity with server configurations and optimizations.
- Ìý Ìý Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Ìý Ìý Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ìý Ìý Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ìý Ìý Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Ìý Ìý Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
- Ìý Ìý Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ìý Ìý Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
