Pinakin Shah is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Metropolis Healthcare since September 2024, Pinakin previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at HiCare Services Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included leading digital transformation and managing B2C operations. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer at Nayamode, where oversight of an offshore development center in Mumbai was a key focus; Founder and CTO of Realty Radar, an innovative CRM for property brokers; and Founder and CTO of ThoughtFX, which provided diverse software services globally. Early career experience includes technical leadership at Raft International, specializing in banking software, and a role as Senior Software Developer at VKWare, developing systems for commercial applications. Pinakin holds a Diploma in Financial Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Diploma in Computer Technology from the Bombay Institute of Technology.
