Randy Karchmer is a seasoned investment banker and managing partner at Metronome Partners, LLC, where they have guided clients through over 200 transactions since 2011. Previously, Randy served as Co-Head of M&A and Financial Sponsors at Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc. from 1994 to 2011, and they practiced as a corporate attorney at Much Shelist from 1992 to 1994. Randy has also held positions on the Board of Directors for Metal Technologies and as a board member for The Ratner Companies. They earned their degree from Northwestern University School of Law between 1989 and 1992.
