Khalil Maalouf serves as an Investment Partner at XPV Water Partners since April 2001, where the firm focuses on equity investments in the water sector without constraints on stage or geography. Maalouf holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at LuminUltra Technologies Ltd., Board Member at Mobiltex Data, and Board Member at Natural Systems Utilities, LLC, which was acquired by the Saur Group. Additionally, Maalouf is Chair of the Board for both Atlas-SSI and Metron Smart Water Meters. Previous experience includes a Directorship at VenGrowth Capital and an Investment Manager role at Working Ventures. Khalil Maalouf earned a B.Comm. in Finance from Concordia University, graduating in 1994.
