Elena (Lena) H. currently serves as the Lead Software Test Engineer at Metron Aviation, an Airbus Company, since January 2020. With extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, Elena has held various influential roles, including Independent Consultant since July 2014 and Test Lead (Enterprise)/Software Test Engineer at Applause from November 2010 to June 2023. Previous positions include Principal QA Analyst/Test Engineer and Sr. QA/Test Engineer at Eloqua, Sr. Mobile Application Test Engineer at Gannett Digital Marketing Services, and Sr. Test Engineer across several organizations including Metron Aviation and SRA International. Elena holds a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts from Moscow State University.
