Scott Lewis is an experienced operations manager with a substantial background in heavy manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Metroll since June 2020, Scott previously held management roles at Austral Bricks and CSR Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing production, managing kiln and raw materials, and ensuring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance. With additional experience at Amcor Fibre Packaging, Boral, where Scott implemented Lean principles and held multiple managerial positions, and a solid educational foundation with a Certificate IV in Business from TAFE NSW, Scott has developed a comprehensive skill set in team leadership, quality assurance, and production planning.
