Vahid Farajkhah, Ph.D., P.Eng., currently serves as the Manager of Tunnels at Metrolinx since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in tunneling and civil engineering. Previously, Vahid held the position of Senior Tunnel Engineer at Dr. Sauer & Partners and served as Technical Lead at Crosslinx Transit Solutions. Early career roles include Research Assistant positions at both Dalhousie University and the University of Tabriz, as well as a Structural Engineer role at Haftan Consulting Engineers. Vahid's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering from Dalhousie University, a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Tabriz, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tabriz.
