Ramneet Aujla is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Metrolinx. She and her team are responsible for building a strong and capable and inclusive workforce to support the delivery of the organization’s vision, mission and strategic priorities.
Ramneet is a seasoned executive who brings over 20 years of experience in the Ontario Public Service with a focus in corporate services, human resources, and government policy and programs. Most recently, Ramneet was the Chief Administrative Officer & Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services at the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) where she helped build a strong reputation for the ministry as a leader in strategic corporate oversight and large-scale transformation efforts. Prior to this, Ramneet held the position of Director, Strategic Human Resources at MTO where she provided leadership on talent and performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, health, safety and wellness and strategic labour relations. Ramneet has had demonstrated success in leading the development of innovative human resources strategies with a focus on talent and culture.
Ramneet is a highly collaborative and trusted leader with a strong track record of fostering a culture of excellence and delivering exceptional results. Through her role as the MTO Executive Champion of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Anti-racism, she played a significant role in advancing these efforts and was awarded an MTO Rise Leadership award for her contributions in this area.
Ramneet holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration from Cameron University. She is also a graduate of the Queen’s University – Smith School of Business Public Executive Program.
