Michelle McKenzie-Dolly, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in employee relations and organizational management. Currently serving as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Metrolinx since July 2019, Michelle has held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Human Resources-Health and Wellness Employee Care Advisor. Prior to this, Michelle was the Employee Relations Director/HR Business Partner at The Salvation Army from March 2016 to July 2019, providing comprehensive support across multiple homeless shelter programs and overseeing recruitment and performance management. Michelle's foundational experience includes managing operations for homeless shelters at The Salvation Army in Canada from July 2010 to March 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Leadership, Higher Learning & Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and several certificates in leadership and psychological safety.
