Bishoi Shinoda is a Planner with substantial experience in urban and regional planning, currently employed at Dillon Consulting Limited since November 2022. Previously, Bishoi served as an Associate Planner at Evans Planning from September 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included liaising with municipal and public agency staff, coordinating with professional consultants, and preparing various planning applications and policy reviews. Prior to this, Bishoi held planning positions at the York Region District School Board, where school travel maps were created, and the Regional Municipality of York, where capital plans were communicated and demographic analyses were conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Seneca College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from York University.
