Carl Strong possesses extensive experience in engineering and management within the entertainment and leisure industry. Currently serving as General Manager at MetroLagoons since January 2022, Carl has previously held significant roles at Universal Orlando Resort, including Manager of Plant Engineering and Water Quality for Volcano Bay from September 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Carl directed Plant Engineering at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment for over two decades, from August 1999 to September 2019. This diverse background highlights a strong expertise in operational oversight and water quality management in themed and recreational environments.
