James A. Wallace, BSW, has extensive experience in training, facilitation, and consulting, currently serving at Metrocare Services since August 2013. As a Human Resources Trainer and TBRI Practitioner, James combines expertise in case management and education to support professionals serving the Dallas County community. James is also certified as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression Facilitator, reflecting a strong commitment to mental health and safety. Previous roles include instructional positions at ACH Child and Family Services and HEBISD, as well as experience as an Employment Consultant at LaunchAbility and an intern with Catholic Charities Fort Worth. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
