Yash Nanda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud operations management, currently serving as the Fraud Operations Manager at Metro Bank in the UK since February 2017. Yash leads a team of approximately 65 colleagues, overseeing various fraud investigations, including plastic and non-plastic fraud, scam investigations, fraud prevention alerts, and customer onboarding. Previous roles at Metro Bank include Fraud Team Leader and ID&V & 3DS Team Coach, where Yash established new risk teams and governance frameworks. Yash began career at H&T Group plc as a Retail Assistant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kingston University, completed in 2016.
