Responsibilities have included overseeing Metro Bank's transformation initiatives, enhancing service and risk management across commercial banking sectors, and managing asset finance and mortgage divisions. Prior to Metro Bank, Richard held leadership positions at Virgin Money, RBS, and Barclays, specializing in product management, marketing, and commercial strategy within the banking industry.
