TJ Delahanty has a rich background in youth development and collaborative project management. They served as the Associate Peace Corps Director in Guyana from 1994 to 1998, overseeing Youth Development and Health Education projects. Currently, they manage Out-of-School Time Initiatives at Metro United Way, where they coordinate quality improvement processes for various sites and provide expertise in youth development. TJ holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University-Camden and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville.
