Carmine Ciddio has extensive experience in the beverage management and marketing sectors, currently serving as both Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre since May 2010. Prior to this role, Carmine held the position of Marketing Director at Betty Beben Co from January 2007 to 2010. Additional experience includes a tenure as Beverage Manager at LA Hollywood from April 1997 to November 2000, Time Square Night Club from March 1995 to 1997, and Casino Lounge from February 1992 to August 1995, showcasing a strong background in beverage operations and event management.
