Esra Çıtak has a diverse background in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a People & Culture Specialist at METRO Türkiye since May 2022, previously holding the position of Recruitment Assistant Specialist. Prior to this role, Esra was a Global Recruitment Assistant Specialist at Teleperformance from November 2020 to April 2022. Early career experiences include customer service positions at MNG Kargo and Yemeksepeti in 2018 and 2015, respectively.
