Ace White has a strong background in engineering and management roles in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, responsible for the planning and day-to-day operations of the department. Ace then became a Chief Engineer at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, leading a team of tradespeople and managing budgets. Ace also served as the Director of Engineering at the Moana Surfrider, a Westin Resort & Spa, and the University of San Francisco, where they were responsible for managing teams and overseeing maintenance and repair efforts. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Engineering at the St. Regis San Francisco.

In 2004, Ace furthered their education by enrolling at Wyotech-Fremont. Over the course of a year, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
