Ace White has a strong background in engineering and management roles in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, responsible for the planning and day-to-day operations of the department. Ace then became a Chief Engineer at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, leading a team of tradespeople and managing budgets. Ace also served as the Director of Engineering at the Moana Surfrider, a Westin Resort & Spa, and the University of San Francisco, where they were responsible for managing teams and overseeing maintenance and repair efforts. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Engineering at the St. Regis San Francisco.

Ace White's education history begins with their high school education. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Archbishop Riordan High School, where they received their high school diploma with a focus on general education.

After completing high school, Ace went on to pursue higher education. From 2000 to 2003, they attended City College of San Francisco, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specifically in Liberal Studies.

In 2004, Ace furthered their education by enrolling at Wyotech-Fremont. Over the course of a year, from 2004 to 2005, they pursued a certification in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
