Laurie Governor Curtis has extensive experience in educational and operational management, currently serving as the Director of Teacher & Class Operations and Associate Director of the Step 2 CS Program at Kaplan North America since August 2019. Laurie's career includes a role as a Referral Agent at Metro Referral Associates, Inc. since January 2013 and previous positions at Kaplan Test Prep Health and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, where leadership roles included Sr. Faculty Manager and Faculty Manager. Prior to transitioning into education, Laurie worked as a Realtor at Long and Foster Real Estate. Laurie has a strong academic background, holding a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Kaplan University, a Master's in Sports Management, and a BA in Mathematics, both from the University of Richmond.
