Ashley Mates has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at TOMCHRIS CONTRACTING CORP. in 2018. Ashley then worked as an Assistant Manager at Treasure Island Desserts from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they became a Secretary at Adelphi University until 2021. Ashley then joined UniversaCare as a Recruiter/Human Resources Coordinator from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Junior Recruiter at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy.

Ashley Mates attended Adelphi University from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
