Nick Hardy-Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive management experience in the construction and glazing industries. Currently serving as the General Manager for the South Island at Metro Performance Glass, Nick leads the commercial and glazing business. Prior tenure at Viking Roofspec included roles such as Southern Region Sales Manager, where responsibility encompassed driving growth in Pitched Roofing and Membrane Roofing categories, managing budgets, profitability, and regional sales strategies. Nick's career also features experience as a Category Manager and Business Analyst, where strategic planning and operational management were key focuses. Early in the career, Nick worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Skellerup Alucobond, ensuring project delivery within budget. Academically, Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the University of Canterbury and is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies at Massey University.
