Mark Richmund de Leon is a seasoned professional in the fields of transportation and infrastructure with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Mark also holds directorships at AACI and BYAHE, and has been with MPT Dibz since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Mark was Vice President of MPT Mobility, focusing on enhancing mobility through technology. Notably, Mark has held significant positions within the Department of Transportation, including Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure, where major projects such as the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program and intelligent transportation systems were led. With an educational background that includes a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines, Mark’s expertise spans project planning and management, particularly in transport and infrastructure development.
