Ingrid Von Lazo is a Project Development Engineer at Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation with experience as a Quantity Surveying Senior Associate and Accreditation Associate. Prior to this, Ingrid Von interned at D.M. Wenceslao and Associates Incorporated and the Department of Public Works and Highways. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
