Railyn Lamb is an experienced educator and program coordinator with a strong background in supporting underrepresented youth and leading educational initiatives. Currently serving as a Site Coordinator at the Martha O'Bryan Center, Railyn oversees an extended learning program, ensuring compliance with state documents, managing budgets, and overseeing lesson planning. Previously, Railyn held the position of Lead Teacher at Vanderbilt University, where curriculum development focused on fine and gross motor activities utilizing the Reggio Emilia approach. Earlier experience includes roles as a Tiger Talent Ambassador at The University of Memphis, assisting students with resume reviews and training workshops, and as a Facilitator for BRIDGES, where leadership development activities were conducted for high school students. Railyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Memphis.
