Charles Hill Morris has a strong background in media and publishing. Charles Hill is currently the CEO of Metro Market Media, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they were also the CEO of Stone Capital Group starting in 2012. Charles Hill worked for Morris Multimedia as a Regional Manager starting in 2007, and before that, they served as the Publisher for The Covington News from 2005 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held various positions such as National Sales Manager at WCBI-TV, Publisher at St. Thomas This Week, and Account Executive at Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Charles Hill Morris has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Charles Hill later pursued an MBA in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate from the same institution from 2000 to 2002. Charles Hill also attended Savannah County Day School from 1980 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in aviation, including a Learjet 75 Type Rating in 2017, an Embraer Phenom 300 - Single Pilot Type Rating in 2015, an Airline Transport Pilot certification in 2010, and a Learjet 60 Type Rating in 2009, all from the Federal Aviation Administration.
