Efthymia Konstantinou has extensive experience in project management and executive assistance within METRO AG, having held various key positions since December 2013, including Executive Assistant to both the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Purchasing Officer, as well as Project Manager Officer for Global Food Sourcing, overseeing high-impact cross-functional projects. Prior to this, Efthymia served as a Junior Project Manager in Investment Coordination at METRO PROPERTIES, where responsibilities included developing SOP documentation and supporting investment approval processes. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business and Management with a focus on International Financial Management from the University of Groningen and a Master's degree in International Business and Economics from Uppsala University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Macedonia.
