Chara Vareli is an experienced learning and development professional currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at METRO AEBE since December 2024. Prior to this role, Chara worked as a Learning Design Manager at Tack TMI, where responsibilities included leading the design of learning solutions for a well-established training provider. Chara has also held positions as an Instructional Designer at iheed, and as both a Learning Developer and eLearning Technologist at The University of Manchester, contributing to the development and delivery of online Master's courses. Chara's educational background includes an MA in Educational Technology & TESOL from The University of Manchester, a BSc in Business, Chinese Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School, and a BSc in English and Greek Studies, Translation and Linguistics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
