Katie Hentges has extensive experience in project management and communications, currently serving as a Project Manager in the Office of the COO at Metro since May 2019, following a role as Senior Communications Specialist. Prior to this, Katie worked at the Oregon Zoo from June 2012 to May 2019, holding positions of Communications Project Manager and Administrative Specialist. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Kansas and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
